All services are consultancy-based. We do not control embassy decisions or governmental processes. No refund is issued for visa refusal, and no success or timeline is guaranteed.

Due to the nature of consultancy and documentation work, all sales are final once work has started. The following are strictly non-refundable:

Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used.
Cancellations are only possible before work begins. Once work starts, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
