These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services offered by Easy Inspire LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) through our website www.easyinspire.ca.

By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Easy Inspire LLC provides documentation, advisory, and consultancy services, including but not limited to:

  • Visa support documentation
  • Invitation letter assistance
  • Business immigration guidance
  • Company registration consultancy
  • General documentation and case guidance

⚠ Important:
We do NOT provide flight booking, hotel booking, tour booking, or any travel reservation services.
We do NOT guarantee visa approval or any outcome.

3. Payments & Billing Terms

  • All payments must be made in advance.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
  • You authorize Easy Inspire LLC to charge your selected payment method for services purchased.
  • Billing descriptor may appear as EASY INSPIRE LLC, EASYINSPIRE, or as shown by our payment processor.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, authentic, and complete information. The Company is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

All services are consultancy-based. We do not control embassy decisions or governmental processes. No refund is issued for visa refusal, and no success or timeline is guaranteed.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact us at info@easyinspire.ca and allow up to 7 business days for resolution.

Refund and Cancellation Policy - Easy Inspire LLC

⭐ REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY ⭐

1. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of consultancy and documentation work, all sales are final once work has started. The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Visa support documentation
  • Invitation letters
  • Consultancy guidance
  • Document preparation
  • Application advisory services

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Payment made in error AND no work has started

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment.

3. No Refunds For External Decisions

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Visa refusal
  • Embassy rejection
  • Processing delays
  • Client’s incorrect information
  • Change of mind

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before work begins. Once work starts, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
